Syretha is a Springfield, Illinois Native, who graduated from
Springfield Southeast High School, class of 1999. She obtained
an Associate Degree in Business Administration from AIU in
Schaumburg, IL and graduated Cum Laude from Ashford
University in Clinton, Iowa with a Bachelor's degree of Arts in
Psychology. Syretha is currently employed full time with the
State of Illinois as a Child Welfare Specialist for the Department
of Children and Family Services.

Prior to working for the Department of Children and Family
Services, Syretha spent a great deal of her career working with
individuals with disabilities at local non-profit organizations,
Community Living Options and Achievement Unlimited. Syretha
worked as a Human Service Caseworker in the Long-term Care
Division for the Department of Human Services.

 

Syretha is passionate about helping others achieve inner peace and becoming the best version of themselves. She is a strong believer in rising above your circumstances and is dedicated to helping others do just that, "Rise".
